What is Pjamble?
Pjamble helps bring your digital creations to life. We employ multiple 3D printing technologies to produce your designs in a variety of materials and finishes.

How does Pjamble make my designs?
We make your products on professional grade 3D printers using FDM, SLA and SLS(coming soon) technologies. Printed products then undergo a multitude of finishing procedures. Finally, we use our 5 point test to ensure that you receive a perfect print.
What is the curated section?
The curated section on the website are designs made by our lead designer. They are tried and tested for 3D Printing. We guarantee you will love them. These files are ready for you to buy at any time. Please contact us if you would like to customize the files.
Can you make a 3D Design for me?

Pjamble is an odd name, and we love it! Our founders initially named us Jamble, but decided to add a silent ‘P’ in the front later on. If you are a patron, we want you to know that we are pronounced Jamble. Congratulations! You share a semi secret with us 😉
PAYMENTS / CHARGES
How do i make payments?
Once we confirm that your digital file is printable, we shall send you a link to checkout your print. Follow the link and confirm the payment to enable us to process your order further.
How can I cancel an order I placed?
Please contact our support team. If we have not started the printing process, we will cancel your order and process a full refund. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My order was canceled. Do I get a refund?
This is unusual. We will usually ask you to fix the file. If we still find any defect in the design after the payment is processed, we will cancel your order, and process a full refund.
What is your return policy?
We believe in customer satisfaction.
If you have received your order and it’s not upto your satisfaction, please get in touch with our customer service team. They shall help you. It will be really helpful if you could send pictures of the print with problem and email it to us.
What will the shipping charges be?
A flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 applies to all shipments in India.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to students from time to time. You will find links for discounts on your College Social Media pages such as Facebook or Instagram.
Do you offer discounts for bulk production?
The 3D printing process is independent of the number of items to be printed. Hence, we do not offer bulk production discounts.

What is 3D Printing?
3D Printing is the process of converting a 3D Digital File into a physical object. This is achieved by depositing or hardening consecutive layers of a material in the required shape.
Different technologies of 3D Printing use different means to do this. FDM printing uses a spool of plastic that is melted by a heater element and deposited layer by layer. SLS uses plastic powder and a laser to fuse the powder one layer at a time.

What software should I use for designing for 3D Printing?
There are plenty of free software packages out there that can get you started in 3D Designing. Most CAD software have the ability to export .stl files. So if you are already comfortable with any CAD software, just use that!
We also recommend:

- AutoCAD (Engineering, Architecture)
How can I place an order?
Log into our website or sign up if you’re still not a member. Or else go to our home page and find the upload button. This will redirect you to the login/sign up page.
Placing an order is a 3 step process:
- You upload a .STL/.OBJ file on our website, choose material you want your object to be printed in.
- We analyze it for various aspects like size, thickness, water-tight, over-hangs and let you know if the file needs fixing.
- You select your payment option and make payment.
What happens after I place an order?
After an order is placed, our team checks your design for any defects. If your design is not suitable to print, we ask you to make changes accordingly.
If your design passes our test, we print your product using the material you chose.
After printing, our team checks its quality, does any post printing procedure required and then we ship it your way.
How do you check my designs?
Your designs are checked using softwares that determine weak points in the designs. They are then manually checked to ensure printability.
These weak points could be:
- Thin walls
- Thin wires
- Water tightness
- Overlapping elements
I placed an order today. When will i receive it?
The delivery time for Pjamble differs on the material ordered and the area in which the delivery has to be made. It also depends on whether there is any post print procedure required.
On an average, the prints will be shipped to you in 4 to 5 working days. Delivery might take 4-5 days further.
What happens if we can't print your design?
When you upload a file, we first check it and then ask you for payment. Sometimes, when your design passes the test and the payment is made, there might be few problems that might arise during or after printing. In such a scenario, you could either:
- Fix your file and upload again; or
- Ask for refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping yet. Coming Soon!
